Here's how stark the #COVID19 testing gap is in Indian Country: my local Indian Health Service has FIFTEEN (15) tests to serve our entire reservation population of nearly 5,000! How can we devise an emergency response plan with no testing?!?

This is on the N.Cheyenne rez in SE Montana. 2 cases were reported on the Ft. Peck rez north of us. This is coming and we have 15 TESTS! I'm sitting here in self-quarantine on my rez feeling incredibly helpless. Where are agencies buying rapid tests? How do tribes buy them?
