Watching @jkenney try to explain mathematical modeling is painful. Please give the stage to someone who understands modeling and statistics.
Where is @CMOH_Alberta? This information would be much more focused from our CMOH, and much more reassuring from anyone not stumbling over their words.
"Most likely scenario" was based on UK? Where the PM was in denial until he contracted the virus himself?
This whole press conference covers info that should have been distributed as background. Not only is Kenney fumbling every second word, he's showing that he doesn't know the purpose of a press conference.
Every time he says "we" his credibility drops another notch. He shows very little indication of being comfortable with the info he's delivering, more like someone has carefully explained talking points to him.

It's no wonder everyone was freaking out after last night's debacle.
N95 is not "the very highest-end masks." They're the most appropriate for specific medical situations. The highest level respirator filters are needed for essential industries where workers are exposed to fine particulate matter.
Now Kenney is promising to intrude into federal jurisdiction. The province has no jurisdiction over international border crossing.
There was some good info in Kenney's presentation, but it was hard to pick out in all the noise.
Serious advice for @jkenney: Watch recordings of yourself speaking. Take notes. Iron out the stumbles, including the nervous body language.

We need to see that you are confident, or the public will not be.
Distill the information. Too much info presented without immediate, relevant context overloads the audience, and creates more fear than understanding.

If your understanding of the material is not second-nature, give the podium to someone who lives and breathes it.
You don't need to know everything to inspire confidence as a leader. You need to show that you trust the people who know what you don't.
And now he's using a false dichotomy of either "semi-permanently" stopping the economy or engaging in xenophobic practices or questionable efficacy.
