2) Yes, massive testing but followed by contact tracing & aggressive implementation of cases isolation orders. The infected are legally prohibited from leaving their quarantine area (typically their homes)
3) Electronic monitoring to ensure the infected don't break quarantine using government designed/run app enabled w/ GPS tracking. If they leave quarantine location, alert sent to authorities immediately.
4) Everyone who has come in contact with confirmed cases is subject to mandatory 2wk quarantine. App used to stay in touch with health officials, track & report symptoms & provide status updates.
5) For those who can't get the app, monitoring through phone calls. Opt out allowed, but societal expectation set to encourage compliance and self-policing.
6) This is what it took for #SouthKorea to #FlattenTheCurve & limit further #COVID19 spread. See how they arrested early outbreak (worse than #US & succeed in now limiting new cases finding to less than 100 (compared to thousands elsewhere).

7) Do societies in #USA & developed world have the willingness to allow such intrusive restriction on movements, surveillance & tracking that can be deemed privacy rights violation? Important to discuss these issues as testing isn't the only challenge in replicating SK's result.
