a.) plural hub doesn't enforce bans, meaning no one is forced to be banned from any listed servers
b.) you can always appeal bans later, and if you aren't accepted the first time, you're usually ENCOURAGED to appeal again at a later date

we don't want to ban people! it's not something we enjoy! we want people to learn from their mistakes and bad behaviors and change that and appeal later! the point of banning people is to go "okay, we don't condone this behavior, and you're actively/potentially harming others-
so for the time being we've decided we don't feel comfortable allowing you in this community"
ban logs aren't even public (unless people pull crap like this i guess lol) in order to prevent witch hunts & protect privacy of others

like. no one would even know if you were banned unless they have a server, site, or other resource listed in the hub, or they're part of staff
if you choose to make it public, then congrats! that's your choice! but there's a reason we don't normally do it
