What does a Pirates winger have to possess for him to make it at the institution? Skill? Pace? Intelligence? Other? All of the above?

Reason I'm asking is because we've seen guys like Mabalane, Ngake, Segolela make it on pace. Memela, Lorch, Pule on speed of thought and pace.

We've seen guys like Mayambela, Masina etc struggle to command a position. Then there are tricksters like Mongala, Ngoma who also struggled.
