Search of "WHO" & "black" or "African" in Eng/Chn here shows some racist insults against Tedros. *This isn't okay*. But t's not clear that a) these are actual Taiwanese people's accts; b) that they are part of a 'campaign' as Tedros says or c) @MOFA_Taiwan was in any way aware 2/
