where i am with not smoking: down to 1 2-pack of cigars a day for several days

waking up breathing easy and not craving a puff

made it an hour and a half today not needing a puff, going to go for a 2 mile walk without one

could be quit day we'll see
took a puff of cigar at the 2 hour mark, stubbed it out, did buy a pack of cigars before the trip but did not smoke them

got back, and sat around for awhile before urge to smoke came on

i opened the pack and sniffed the cigars and closed them up

felt better for not smoking
