Start meditating. Get control of your thoughts and emotions.

It keeps your mind sharp.

If you want a strong mind, you have to read.

Choose a topic that interests you and start reading about it every day. Go deep.
4) Habits

You are what you repeatedly do.

Our brain loves habits.

It loves to predict our every move. That's a survival mechanism.
