You can take the man out of Scotland, but you can't take the Scotland out of the man!

For the uninitiated, it's a haggis. I bought it a couple weeks ago at the height of the coronavirus panic buying insanity, since the rest of the chilled meat section had been utterly annihilated. Just as well that I actually LIKE haggis, hey?

Once it's cooked, I'll cut it into burger-sized slices and shallow-fry it. There's a pub in Findhorn I used to stay at when working on the RAF ARCC project that used to serve it like this as part of their sublime haggis burger. Absolutely delish.

Wasn't quite able to get the haggis into burger-style patties, but goodness me... that smells great.
