So, a little more clarity and it becomes more infuriating.
The hospital will receive 2.5x the payroll salary for ALL employees kept on payroll from Feb 15 until June 30. If they get us all back to work by June 30, the loan from Fed becomes a grant and not a loan.

They are paying out 25% and calling it a “Temporary leave of absence.” Which allows them to still collect our 2.5x salary as of Feb 15 for the duration of our 60 day period as well as making sure their unemployment insurance doesn’t go up by not laying us off.
