/2 ...the FAR more probable scenario is that @ToddStarnes is as dumb as a tick on a stump and doesn't know warrants are something judges issue for arrest, usually in criminal cases, and he's referring to Falwell trying to have media served with a summons in a bogus civil lawsuit.
