It's not just Ruth Bader Ginsburg that Trump will replace if he wins again. It's Stephen Breyer too. He's 81 and he's tired.

So if you want two 35 year-old Federalist Society numpties to replace two of the most reliable liberal votes, then by all means, stay home in November.

I’m not vote shaming.

I’m simply stating a truth. A progressive healthcare plan whether M4A or something else will not be upheld by a 7-2 conservative Supreme Court.

Frankly, it’s unlikely to be upheld with the court we have now.

But certainly not if it goes from 5-4 to 7-2.

Do RBG and Breyer have 4 more years in them?

I don’t know. I don’t want to risk it.

And that’s not even getting into the lower federal courts.

Trump flipped the 9th Circuit.

HE FLIPPED THE NINTH CIRCUIT.

As it stands, Democrats are going to have to get serious about packing the courts and reforming the judiciary in order to undo the damage that has been done.

So if you want to be mad at me because you think I’m vote shaming, that’s fine.

But I don’t think that I am. I’m just being practical.

I don’t want to risk living in and then leaving a world where Trump has appointed 4 out of 9 judges on the Supreme Court.

That’s just bananas to me. Why are we even having this argument? For God’s sake, people.

I know there are a marginalized people who are refusing to vote on principle. I may not agree with it but I don’t judge people for it.

I’m talking about people who will be FINE under 4 more years of trump. People who have literally no skin in the game.
