Been running the last few days with the kids, first time in 8 years. Pretty envious of those who can just get out and run without having the following experiences we’ve had over the last few days. 1/3
The number of men passing by in cars, beeping, staring or just creepily slowing down and looking out as they pass by. Luckily the girls were oblivious to it but I was mentally running through karate moves and self-defence techniques so that I was prepared. 2/3
Still adamant we will be out most days, but is this just something we should expect to accept as part of running as women? @evefrancisholt would love your views 3/3
