The party unity problem—insofar as it will actually exist in this cycle—will be because of the generation gap.

Which is precisely the reason why Chapo/Jacobin/Current Affairs/etc. actually exist.

What would it take to bridge that gap?

To say nothing about the response to the inevitable recession and possible depression coming up.

Finally, the real challenge facing Biden electorally is not how to win over the young left, but how to stop sham elections like the one that just happened in Wisconsin.

Tl;dr: Chapo sucks, but they became a hit by speaking to real anxieties and concerns among young people, and if Joe Biden wants to win those votes he has to do the same.

And that’s not even his biggest obstacle!
