just take a moment to look outside and watch life unfold

while smoking i was blessed to see a cardinal couple and i got to see how pretty the male was and watched the female gather a bunch of bark strips in her beak.. they were starting a family together!! making a home!!

we can honestly learn so much from birds. we are like them in so many ways, which is why they're so sacred. they gave us singing and dancing and so many songs and lessons. i always look to them and bird watch whenever i need a reminder that im also an animal and just surviving

which is amazing. life is fucking amazing. life is so full of magic because of the spirit. spirits are what makes everything alive and its our magic. im so grateful to be able to experience life and listen to the huutsuu every day
