Trump could not be making it clearer that a divided Democratic Party – and in particular an aggrieved Sanders coalition – is essential to his theory of how to win in 2020
TBD how Sanders base will process 2020, but Sanders & Biden themselves are not acting at all like Sanders & Clinton did in 2016. Sanders isn't waging a bitter-end battle or claiming rigging. Biden isn't radiating resentment that he has to consider Sanders as a force in the party.
