2) I& #39;m sick of watching friends leaving the profession after serving their communities, giving everything they have for kids, and spending their lives for a cause bigger than themselves only to be shown the door. HS coaches aren& #39;t professionally paid. No severance package. Zippo.

3) Terminating good coaches is going to have a severe impact on our society moving forward. This isn& #39;t serving anyone. Nobody. Good coaches who& #39;ve served as mentors to their schools and student athletes cannot easily be replaced. I will end with how I started: Gary is the best!
