1) Gary Lee is the best. He led the Chavez program as well as anyone could've. He's well respected. 2) I'm sick of watching friends leaving the profession after serving their communities, giving everything they have for kids, and spending their lives for a cause bigger than themselves only to be shown the door. HS coaches aren't professionally paid. No severance package. Zippo.

3) Terminating good coaches is going to have a severe impact on our society moving forward. This isn't serving anyone. Nobody. Good coaches who've served as mentors to their schools and student athletes cannot easily be replaced. I will end with how I started: Gary is the best!
