Angsty AtsuHina AU where Atsumu and Shouyou were gods, and they were madly in love. Until Atsumu was sent to the battlefield, and Hinata had to stayed behind. 10 days of fighting, Atsumu was losing, and badly injured. He wished, oh how he much he wanted to see his Shouyou again.

He looked up in the sky, prayed to the supreme gods.

"Dear gods, please, let me see Shouyou for one last time."

Immediately, he heard a scream from afar. He quickly turned his head, his eyes met Shouyou& #39;s figure flying from the sky. He was looking at Atsumu dearly.

He was fighting off the enemies, his eyes never left Atsumu& #39;s pupils.

Atsumu thanked the gods, for letting him be with his love for the last time.

But oh, Atsumu, he should have been more specific with his pray.

Shouyou was desperately trying to reach Atsumu, but then stopped dead on his track.

An arrow piercing through his chest, blood splatted out from his delicate lips.

Atsumu stared at him, horrified.

"...let me see him for one last time..."

One last time, then Shouyou vanished.

One last time, he got to see the love of his life.

this was inspired by one Drarry fic I read a long time ago. It took me a bit of time to find it, but here it is. Please check the author& #39;s other works, too, they are all brilliant.
