uhhh no she does not need her husbands consent to divorce, if she asks her husband to declare a divorce and he does not do so she can go to a sharia court.

A woman who claims she was raped be CANNOT be accused or punished for zina (fornication or adultery) ....

.. in an Islamic Court. All she has to do is say that she was raped, and her word will be taken as the truth. She only needs 4 witnesses when she is accusing a person, this is to prevent innocent people from being killed due to false accusations.

This is another lie in reality the wife more right to custody of children than men , if the woman is of sound mind etc she is given the kids over the father until....

...the father has more right in the case of a girl whereas the Hanafis think that the father has more right in the case of a boy and the mother has more rights in the case of a girl etc but generally the kids would be allowed to choose who they want to be with at this stage.
