Bautista: This is not the time for blame game. Dapat, the more that we should help one another in any form we can. Katulad ng sinasabi ng ating presidente, this is an opportunity for us to show to our people that we are worth a public servant and only looking after the (1/2)

Department of Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez III now speaks.

Dominguez: We will be spending more than we are collecting. But we are spending more to save the people and to make sure they have food on the table during this time.
Dominguez states that they are coming up with programs with ADB and World Bank to aid the deficit and to come up with $5.6B. If this is not enough, he says that they will turn to the commercial industry.
Dominguez: So, we are confident that we have the financial capability to bridge this problem that COVID has brought us.
Dominguez says that they will start with poor families, MSMEs, and other companies.
Dominguez then proceeds to praise Duterte for creating an economy that can & #39;stand& #39; the situation. He ends with, "I think the Filipino people should thank you for your very conservative economic policies."
