last thing about politics on this account today, it’s a really disheartening and disappointing day.

dont blame bernie supporters this time around when biden loses. blame the fact that the nominee was a shit candidate. bernie supporters owe democrats nothing.

bernie supporters are always made out to be the bad guy. “bernie bro” this, “bernie bro” that. the whole “bernie bro” idea is a myth. bernie supporters shouldn’t feel forced to vote for a candidate they don’t believe in or support.

i’m pretty much as far left as you can go and i was fighting for a far more progressive candidate but i’m getting attacked and talked down to for saying that some people don’t want to vote for a rapist and a man who said “nothing would fundamentally change” if he was elected.

this is exactly my problem with politics in a nutshell. i’ve made it abundantly clear that i’m still voting in this election and people are acting like i said i’m going to campaign for trump. fucking ridiculous

for all the “blue no matter who” people coming at me, i’ve said from day one that i’m voting for the nominee. that being said, you trying to force people to vote for a candidate they don’t support is ridiculous. it’s an election for a candidate, not a color. that’s not democracy
