@dmwonzora recently confirmed something which I have long suspected. What happened to the V11's which proved that @mdczimbabwe won? Why did they not reach ConCourt? Why have they never been released to the public for scrutiny?

According to @ZECzim, there were 10,985 polling stations. @nelsonchamisa said he had over 10,000 V11's (91%+). @DrNkuSibanda said 21% of @mdczimbabwe agents had not been given V11 forms. How many agents did they have?
