ECC is a competition for world-class embassy chefs that all embassies are invited to participate in. It presents a great opportunity to explore the cuisine and culture of participating embassies in DC.

ECC 2020 unfortunately is postponed due to #COVID-19. In this video I had the opportunity to chat with Linda Harper, founder of the ECC cultural culinary event held since 2011.
