Even if I don’t know you I’ll drop whatever I reasonably can to help another person.

I had people in my life stay with me in my hardest times when I gave them no reason to. Have a lot of great people in my life
I had very bad clinical depression; specifically SAD.

I was a high performing athlete

Had a few close friends, good social life

Supportive family

... but I got flattened felt sad for literally no reason. It took years to get better
How to got better:

SEE MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS AND TAKE MEDS IF NEEDED PLZ 🥺

Take these meds in the morning 7-9am everyday

Uses a SAD light 30min to 1 hour daily

Try your best to get a full nights sleep of constant sleep w/o interruptions
You gotta be tough. I was so depressed in a class I was literally the top student I skipped my midterm. I went to the wrong place 5 min before it started and just was too sad to find the right place at school.

I went to the prof after and told the truth and I got to write it
Lastly you gotta know yourself well

-I need a very fixed schedule routine, (be here by 9am but you don’t stay past 5)

-my sleep is critical to my mood

-I NEED to use a SAD light daily

-I can’t do a job I hate for any length of time or work over 45 hour weeks
