3. Antibody (Ab) testing for healthcare workers to protect those at the front lines, with only Ab positive folks serving in COVID areas and situations (eg EMT, contact tracers, nursing homes) if possible. (Not perfect, but better than current state.)

4 and 5 above are extremely counter-cultural for America and our love of what seems like freedom.
Given low suspected herd-immunity they are probably necessary to prevent a very painful second wave in which the nature of actual unfreedom will be apparent to all. (/n)

Proving out w/ science & coming to terms w/ this “probably necessary” point will be the single biggest test of our leaders and of our collective integrity.

Cities and states - supported by corporations and volunteers of all types - will need to take this into their own hands if the near past teaches lessons for the near future. (/n)
Our public figures - particularly the star community at large - need to come together support this via influence and a unified message of togetherness and safety. (/n)
The combination of incompetence, ego, herd-thinking & cowardice in a small but critical number of seats of power has cost us so much. (/n)
But I have to believe that our leaders have it in them to be competent, selfless independent-minded and courageous
