first thing first thanks to google photo for reminding me about this trip and for auto-syncing all my precious memories!!
Backstory:
impulsive trip, prepare and plan everything in 1 week. reason: got my heart broken and decide to go on a self-healing trip alone. Thankful to myself for doing this impulsive trip!!

My fav cherry blossom spot in Seoul๐ŸŒธ I dont have much time to explore Seoul because Jinhae is my main destination so i only visit what i want too see, this magic castle view!!
Seokchon lake is just in front of Lotte World tower, and the view is nice๐ŸŒธ its less crowded than Yeouido park to catch cherry blossom

*the cons of solo travelling: no one to take ur pic so gotta step up your self-timer skill
๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธJinhae๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ

Jinhae is a small city in southern part of South Korea. Its 5-hour direct bus trip from Nambu Seoul Terminal, cost 28.700krw one way(2017). Funny story, I missed the last bus to Jinhae so i had to re-route from seoul->busan->jinhae๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ
(well...turns out it was a blessing in disguise because i got to see cherry blossom in Busan on the way from busan to jinhae๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜)
I would say, JINHAE IS A CITY OF CHERRY BLOSSOM! I never heard of any city that dedicated as much as Jinhae during Cherry Blossom Season. Jinhae has annual Cherry Blossom Festival for 57 years, usually held on April 1-10 every year. Sadly this year is cancelled due to covid-19 :(
There are several cherry blossom viewing spot in Jinhae, but i only had 5 hours to explore the city so i only choose 3: Gyeonghwa Rail Station, Yeojwacheon Stream, and Jehwangsan Park Observation deck.
๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธGyeonghwa Rail Station๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ

The view is super breathtaking. The cherry blossom are in full bloom and started to fall, so when the wind blew, its showering you with their petals๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ The train makes it even more aesthetic for a picโ™ฅ๏ธ Mesmerizing subhanallah (i wanna go back๐Ÿ˜ญ)
๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธYeojwacheon Stream ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ

One of best cherry blossom viewing spot in Jinhae with Romance Bridge, a popular spot for couple after a romantic drama scene. Its still beautiful even if you are alone tho๐Ÿ˜‰

a spot to see Jinhae city from a mountain. You can either took an elevated lift or taking 365 flight of stairs. I challenged myself to took the stairs and i'm about to faint after that lmao. From there, you can see how cherry blossom took over the city!
Thats it- i was so sad to leave jinhae because i feel like i left part of my soul there </3

if you love cherry blossom, visiting Jinhae is a must! and please learn from my experience: stay as long as you can in this city!!
I'll end this thread with a short highlight video from the tripโ˜บ๏ธ๐ŸŒธ
