Create both inside and outdoor exercise plans so you always have a plan B.
When time is tight, reduce the duration of workouts to make it easier to fit it in
Find/create exercise support online (FB group)

It may be worth putting dirty dishes, piles of laundry, and a living room that=natural disaster on pause if it frees up time for self-care.
