Let's have a peek. On Jan 21 the first US CVD patient presented. By Jan 31 the President had closed the border AND was forming his task force realizing there was a problem with the response from the CDC and WHO. https://www.propublica.org/article/cdc-coronavirus-covid-19-test

So, now revisit the FOX article and realize that the memo they are citing was dated January 29. On January 31 the President closed the border to China and began to figure out a workaround for the failing CDC/WHO.

To wrap up-while the organizations that were supposed to respond to this virus did not. And Trump did, early-figuring out a workaround that unquestionably saved millions (2 million, so far, by all estimates) the Democrats and their rag publications painted him as a racist for it
And the fact that FOX would publish a hit piece this morning, citing a 2 day difference in the date of the memo and the date that Trump closed the border with China as proof that the President did not act early or take the virus seriously - is frankly disgusting
