For some inexplicable reason, Rep. Kendra Horn will face a primary challenge from the guy who illegally removed her campaign signs from an intersection in 2018.

Guild, a perennial candidate, has run for OK-05 every cycle since 2012.
A Democrat filed for #SD35 in Tulsa's suburbs, the seat of term-limited R incumbent Gary Stanislawski. One of the Democrats' best targets as Trump only won it 48-45.

Jo Anna Dossett, an educator and sister of Sen. JJ Dossett, is expected to file as a Democrat for this seat soon.
U.S. Representative @HornForCongress (D-OKC) has officially filed for re-election in #OK05.
Democrats landed a legitimate candidate in rural #HD03 in LeFlore County - former state Representative and District Attorney Mike Sullivan (D-Poteau) filed.

Trump won the seat with 77% of the vote, but in 2018, a Democrat got 45% against the R incumbent.

OK Senate updates:

Incumbent Allison Ikley-Freeman (D-Tulsa) filed for re-election in #SD37, a 67% Trump seat.

Jo Anna Dossett (D-Tulsa), an educator and sister of Sen. JJ Dossett (D-Tulsa), filed in #SD35 - an open, Republican-held 48-45 Trump seat in Tulsa. Big, big target.
Very, very pleased to report that Oklahoma state Representative Matt Meredith (D-Tahlequah), one of two remaining Democratic lawmakers in Eastern Oklahoma, filed for re-election in rural #HD04, a 59% Trump seat in Cherokee County.
Rep. Jacob Rosecrants (D-Norman) filed for re-election in #HD46, a 52-41 Trump seat in Cleveland County.
Some good recruitment news: Democrat Craig Parham, the mayor of Amber, filed for #HD56 - a rural, Democratic-held seat in western Oklahoma being vacated by Rep. David Perryman (D-Chickasha).

HD-56 is 69% Trump and is the western-most legislative district held by a Democrat.
The first day of candidate filing has wrapped up.

A notable update: U.S. Senator Jim Inhofe will face a primary challenge from JJ Stitt, a cousin of incumbent Gov. Kevin Stitt.

JJ emphatically states on his website that he and Gov. Stitt "are not, nor ever have been close."
Eight Republicans have filed in #OK05 so far against Rep. Kendra Horn... and it's only the first day of filing.
