Firstly lepas je tekan the link yang I kasi tu, pergi tekan ‘Aduan Kepenggunaan’. Then kita akan disuruh untuk log in. For those yang baru first time sila tekan ‘Daftar Pengguna Baru’

The next step ni I tak tunjuk ya you kena isi your details. No IC, Nama Penuh dan password. Dah selesai isi dan submit, nanti you will be directed to this page and pls tekan Aduan Baru.

Then you will be directed to this page tekan kategori aduan dan pilih transaksi atas talian.

Then you pilih subkategori Tidak Menerima barang/Perkhidmatan

Pembekal perkhidmatan tu you guys kena pilih which one available. Tapi if you buat transactions via twitter or google form, sila pilih ‘lain-lain’ then kat bahagian Laman Web/URL/ID tu you guys letakkan url acc twitter scammer tersebut or url googleform dia

Then isi nama scammer tersebut all of her info yang you guys dah gather. With this info, pihak kpdhep akan contact that scammer utk refund duit or tindakan akan dikenakan terhadap mereka.
