Our New Normal:
So we& #39;re been at this social distancing, telecommuting, mask wearing, sanitizing, kids at home, and hand washing thing for a little while. The reality of these changes being our default is setting in. Though some still rebel. But I believe we& #39;ve innovated too.

People have made new friends, resolved age old work issues, and done some needed self reflection. I& #39;m not touting a silver lining or the sun will come out tomorrow. Just that we are adjusting, painful as it maybe, and you deserve credit for that. As well as those around you.
Find a way to reward yourself, hopefully not with high calorie foods, and praise those around you making sacrifices. Our compasses are spinning and if you can point to something going well you& #39;ll help each other find a new magnetic north.
Overcoming the issues we& #39;re facing is a long haul. We& #39;ll have heartening breakthroughs and heartbreaking losses. The last thing we need is to give into blame and taking our frustrations out on others. It is important we find healthy outlets for our pain. Talk, write, sing, play.
Call someone just because. Stare at something beautiful. Try to decipher the meaning of a song. Cry, and take off your armor occasionally. It is the only way we let good things in. Armor doesn& #39;t discriminate good or bad, it just blocks.
