I don't listen to nearly as many podcasts and audio books these days, and honestly, I feel really good about it. Previously, I would listen to a lot of podcasts, probably some form of FOMO, and don't get me wrong, they were good, but I don't NEED them. 1/x
These days I try to stay off audio unless I'm doing something really mundane. I don't need to listen to something everytime I take a walk. Rather I'll try to enjoy nature, listen to the sounds of the nature, kids playing etc. If that sounds cliche to you, I don't care. 2/x
We often underestimate the importance of mental health. It's OK to relax. You don't have to study ALL of the time. This is a marathon, not a sprint. Don't think you can't be effective if you don't watch/listen every thing out there. Especially in these strange times. 3/x
You don't HAVE to come out with a new skill because you are isolated now. Maybe you are even more busy than before? If you have time, that's great, but don't feel the pressure that you have to study more now than before.

Stay safe and take care of yourselves!
