There has already been a ruling on belief in the ‘Zionism project or an attachment to Israel or any similar sentiment cannot amount to a protected characteristic’.

My question to you, as a highly respected QC, as Labour Leader...

when you look at the cases put before you... will you be judging them on the law as it stands in the UK, or on the legally problematic IHRA working definition of antisemitism and Board of Deputies 10 pledges?
