words/phrases
“all of these words”
if you want any words in a tweet (regardless of order) just put the words into the search as is

for all the words you want in a specific order, put quotation marks around them

if you want to find tweets talking about two things but they don’t have to both be in the same tweet, put OR between words
place in brackets if you want one thing but one of the other of another

if you want a tweet sending TO someone (ie, replying directly) search “to:(their @)
if you want to find all that have mentioned someone, search their @
filters
if you want replies only, search “filter:replies”
if you want links only, search “filter:links”

if you do not want replies, search “-filter:replies”
engagement
if you want to tweets with over a certain number of replies, search “min_replies:number”
(same with likes and retweets)
this ONLY works with minimum though, you can’t find tweets with maximum

if you want tweets FROM a certain date, search since:yyyy-mm-dd
