I've been broadly supportive of the Government over Covid-19, but the state should absolutely never have the power to arrest someone for walking, by themselves, 2.1km from their own home. We've been letting people out of jail wholesale during this crisis. At least we've freed up space for the real criminals: Middle aged dads addicted to the bike they got for Christmas.
