I bought a ‘Done for you’ brand last September as I was busy with my other job and figured the money would be well spent to get me started. If you don’t know TRM it gives you a custom-built brand and ecom store to start selling.

I paid $1000 and got my ‘product’ about a month later. Seemed good at first, until I looked deeper. The Shopify store was literally just a pre loaded theme with product photos added. Not even a $10 domain was included.

Then the product photos came.. which looked good at first, until I looked and seen that they still had the UV sticker on and couldn’t be used. Pretty basic error to make.

Next was due to be the ‘live’ brand handover webinar.. instead I got a pre recorded handover video, which wasn’t relevant to my brand at all. @KeanuCaroline cancelled the live webinar THREE times in a row, and then went silent. Below is what I should have received.

I decided to keep going, and use the verified IG shout outs that were a big selling point.. I can make a Shopify store and get product pics done on Fiverr, the main reason I bought TRM was for the 5 “pre screened” verified shout out pages. Surely this would get a few sales..

So I sent this IG guy $350 and not only didn’t get a sale, but from his IG page of 2m+ followers, my store got 18 visitors from the shout-out post and story even if my product was shit and couldn’t sell, 18 visits from a 2m follower account?

Oh and my 30 day, 30 minute follow up call.. you can guess. Never happened.

Verdict: not a scam, but a rip off. Took my money and put minimal effort in. I work in web design, what I received took 1-2 hours to complete. Shit service. Tried to keep it private, but never heard back so going public as he’s selling hundreds of these!
