

8 April Breakfast: 2 eggs (I put too much spinach in so I had to add another egg, I just wanted one but we are NOT PANICKING), spinach, garlic, onion, sriracha, and ketchup on the side
Dinner: (had so much leftover so I halved the calories that was on the package) rice, beans, garlic, onions, spinach, olive oil, and shrimp
btw this thread isnāt recovery, but it isnāt NOT recovery. Iām trying. I want to be healthy and I want my body to be strong enough to fight the coronavirus just in case. Iām trying.
