8 April Breakfast: 2 eggs (I put too much spinach in so I had to add another egg, I just wanted one but we are NOT PANICKING), spinach, garlic, onion, sriracha, and ketchup on the side
Lunch: raw spinach, 1/4 apple cut, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp balsamic, and some garlic
Dinner: (had so much leftover so I halved the calories that was on the package) rice, beans, garlic, onions, spinach, olive oil, and shrimp
btw this thread isn’t recovery, but it isn’t NOT recovery. I’m trying. I want to be healthy and I want my body to be strong enough to fight the coronavirus just in case. I’m trying.
April 8 intake: 650 but my calculations cannot be correct. There is no way I ate this much and had so little calories. I’m serious, there’s no way like not me being nice like idk how that’s even possible.
