[Thread] 1/3 - #Wednesday #WRF - Colder air has come from the NW and it is slowly making its way towards Central and Southern #Scotland, in particular along its Eastern side.
Animations shows the clearly lowering temps today as the front advances in an anticyclonic environment.

2/3 - Why all of this? From another animation, this time of the temperatures at 850hPa (~1500m) height, we can see how the distribution of the colder air makes it lean on the Eastern side of #Scotland, bringing lower values in those areas.
3/3 - Precipitations will be more concentrated on the Western side of the country today, while tomorrow they will be more sparse.
