Honestly, don't beat yourself up if you're not "productive" right now. I've worked from home for the majority of the last three years now, and I still find it hard, especially at the moment. Times are weird, things cannot and will not be "business as usual".
Some of the things that help me manage work include:

Working in short bursts, like an hour or two (as much as my brain will manage), then taking a break to potter around, watch some TV, read a book... or just stare into space.
This week I'm trying a one day on, one day off system. Obviously, I'm lucky that my work allows for this, not everyone will be the same.

My brain is getting tired very easily right now, so I'm trying to lean into that and take plenty of down time when I can.
Making a cup of tea is a totally valid reason to take a break and I highly recommend it. Just be aware that too much caffeine is definitely a thing, especially when you're not out and about burning the energy. If you want a hot drink, hot water with a bit of lemon is underrated!
If you don't want to get dressed in "normal" clothes, don't. I live in loungewear! But, I do have "day" loungewear and "evening" loungewear, because creating the distinction is important for me being able to wind down at the end of the day.
Similarly, if you feel better working on the couch, do it! Particularly if you don't have a great desk setup elsewhere. Work wherever you feel comfortable, if that's what you need. I try not to work in bed, but these are special circumstances, so I've been doing it 🤷🏻‍♀️
There is no one perfect way to work from home and anyone who tells you otherwise is talking rubbish. We're all adapting as we go, it's all we can do right now. Be kind to yourself and remember to drink plenty of water đź’•
