I noticed that I’ve been adding weight since this Lockdown because I’ve practically had more chocolates this Period than I’ve had Sex this Year 🤦🏽‍♀️

So a Female Friend suggested i Join a Workout Group she’s in. I was like how would that Work...
She said there’s a Gym Instructor and he sends WorkOut and Meal Plans that we should follow everyday, he sends Instructional Videos and also we can all get motivated too.
I said Okay nah let me try this Out. She said it’s 5k to Join, I said No Problem.
Immediately I Joined, Motivational Quotes started Flying everywhere:

“Welcome Danny”
“Endurance is in the Mind”
“Push harder than Yesterday”
“Train Insane or Remain the Same”
“It’s Time for War”

Hian, is it that deep?! 😒
Okay nah. He sent the Day one Workout Plan:

“5,000 Steps
Jumping Jacks - 20
Squat -30
Push Up- 20
Sit up - 20
Leg Lift -20
Plank - 60secs
Cobra Stretch- 60 secs”

Wawu. True True it’s time for War 🙆🏽‍♀️
I started Looking at my Stomach again like-
“it’s not that big nah after all it’s Women that need flat tummy,
I didn’t even add too much,
it’s just small flesh near my waist and my nyash that I added nah”
I said No Problem, I’ll start tomorrow. Then he now sent the Food Plan, as soon as I saw AVOID BREAD, I just exited the group. E go be ✌🏼
