A topic we touched upon in our virtual round table event was housing arrangements within #BAME communities. The article goes onto to state: "South Asian people often lived in larger, multi-generational households and so “social isolation may not be as prevalent." 2/3

Gov't figures confirm cramped housing is more likely to be issue for ethnic minorities. 30% of UK Bangladeshi pop'n live in overcrowded housing compared w/ 2% among the white British pop'n. 15% of black African people also live in overcrowded homes, as do 16% of Pakistanis. 3/3
