Haven’t really talked about it on here before, but back in the day I was an Air NZer. I setup the customer relations systems and processes before the Ansett purchase.
Watching what the airline is going through today is really hard to watch.
They were some of the very best people I have ever worked with, and I have the best memories from that time.
I’m hopeful that @CamWallace_NZ & co can rebuild the model and come back strongly. I’m also hopeful all of us can keep supporting our very own airline in the future. ✈️
It feels like we are on the precipice of significant change in the way we consume services. But if C-19 teaches us anything, it should be the importance of supporting our home grown communities and businesses. Make that conscious buying decision when it comes time.
