A few things
1. Government is not under reporting anything they have limited resources and are testing based on an algorithm most likely to test positive goes first.
2. If we were missing alot of cases that would be reflected in our general hospital admission wards 1/3
You would see a spike in admissions of pneumonia patients and a general overwhelming of the healthcare system as they struggled to cope with these admissions nothing of the sort is happening as we speak.
3. The take away is worst case is if there are any missed cases they are mild or asymptomatic infections which people are recovering from quickly without the need for admission.
4. We still need to be vigilant and trace and monitor all contacts but so far MOH has done a good job
