You can learn how to think

You have to understand your own thought process and be open-minded enough to understand that you may be biased

You should also have the humility to understand that you may not have enough knowledge on a particular topic and admit that it may affect your thinking

Keep asking questions

It may be that you are trying so hard to prove a particular topic that you are likely to ignore information that does not support what your agenda is. Happens to everyone
