disclaimer: i did not invent this diet! it’s from @/_xskinnyfit’s account. the diet is three weeks, an optional week of liquid fasting, and two weeks of maintenance. im simply using this thread to manage my own intake, NOT to encourage others to do this diet.
starting weight: 111.4 lbs
goal: 95-98 lbs

(that’s about 2.2 pounds of weight loss per week)
