2/2 Here we are talking about billions spent in clinical trials and research throwing various forms of amyloid-beta in cells and animals, and we don't know for sure what APP does. Or BACE. Or presenilin. Or ADAM10. All critical proteins in the amyloid pathway.

3/3 And now we are back to "proving" that Abeta can cause memory deficits and ephys deficits, because no one reads anything more than five years old, and the whole cycle will go on again. More foresight is needed but knowing human nature we cannot expect anything different.
