Turns out that is Formosa Spring Keg Draft, made back then by Benson & Hedges (?) in Barrie, ON

But never mind that, look at this dapper '70s gent, in his best slacks and wide-collared shirt, settling into the cellar there to quaff a few Keg Drafts
