if you didn& #39;t know him before Flo//wer B//oy then okay so. He started as this huge edgelord who was beloved by edgy teens and 20-somethings. Like it was still easy to like him but you were like ugh this guy is shitty why do I like him

he& #39;d just say the most awful things because he thought it was like the height of comedy. I can barely stand to listen to his old music sometimes even though he& #39;s my fave lmao

and THEN he released Flo//wer B//oy which had lots of like super gay lyrics and a certain subset of his fans were like HOLY FUCK WAIT, IS THIS A JOKE, HE& #39;S JOKING RIGHT WHAT IS THIS

it& #39;s also a super sweet album, it& #39;s one of two albums that are my Quintessential Reddie Albums

and then after that he released I//go//r in which there is NO room for misinterpretation and some of the subset of his fans who were like HE& #39;S JUST JOKING IT& #39;S FUNNY kinda abandoned ship and now he has a whole new crop of fans too even though he& #39;s still kind of an edgelord
