prayer. It’s very simple really, just talk to Him. Why do we hesitate & proscrastinate speaking to He who loves us? He should be the first person we want to talk to and yet He is often the last. I’ve come to notice, for me, I avoid prayer sometimes b/c even the act of praying is

to deny yourself. To deny your pride that you’re not sailing this ship. To come before God every time, is an act of humility which our flesh despises. You simply can not pray & and not examine the ugliest corners of your being. This journey is not just temporal. We ought to

give more thanks to God that He reaches down to us as much as we reach up to Him. We will never leave prayer worst than when we came. We serve a God who is in the business of changing our hearts. If you’ve been avoiding prayer because you don’t want to look down at your wounds

I know it’s really hard. It sucks. It even hurts a little. but it’s holy week and the devil is working over time. He hates humility. Please go talk to God if it’s been a while. Please let Jesus be the physician of your soul.
