Here’s a list of what I did the last time I blew up my account. Maybe this will serve as a list of what not to do for in the future:
Do not follow a entry checklist
Do not follow risk management plan
Worried about profit for the day
Changed my trading plan mid day

Adding to this thread:

- Use my prior stats as heavy bias to change my entry checklist
-Have my stop so tight that i have to exit before my level is violated
-Taking profits early
